 General Scope of Tests Locus Participants Method Key Personnel Contractual CONTRACTUAL:A version of the final Report will be edited by a technical writer/publisher the Project contracts with and put in a form which is readable by non-technical persons considering Wireless as one connectivity solution. Data will be provided in an appendix. That form will be made available online, in web page, ftp, gopher, dial-up accessible format on Old Colorado City Communications server, and any other general-access server specified or suggested by the NSF, as well as published in hard copy. And professional, and general circulation technology publications will be encouraged to report on the study. The purpose of this is to assist in the widest distribution of wireless technology solutions among institutional readers - including educators - who appear to know little of this emerging field, in comparison with their working knowledge of wired solutions.
